Virgin company rewards programme

Virgin offers their reward programme for your company in addition to the traveller individual frequent traveller memberships.

If your company has at least 2 employees you are eligible to join the scheme, but it requires that you book frequently with Virgin:
At least 3 Upper Class trips a year in Upper Class or 5 trips in Premium Economy

The name of Virgin’s company scheme is Flying Co. Not to be confused with Flying Club, which is the individual travellers’ scheme.

Before you register, you will need the membership details of the minimum of two travellers.

The points will automatically accrue from the passengers flying club membership number. Unlike the BA On Business scheme, there is no need to add the flying co membership number in addition to the individual travellers number.
But each traveller must be pre-registered or linked in your Virgin flying co membership account details.
